Meet Our Pastor

Metropolitan Church is in a season of transition that will require identifying, and calling a new Senior Pastor. The Trustees, along with the Administrative Elders and Transition/Pastoral Search Team, are committed to see that every effort is made to find the individual God has prepared to lead Metropolitan Church into the future.

During this transition, we will continue to be a church that is centered on the gospel. We will continue to passionately preach God’s Word. We will continue to care deeply about reaching lost people. We will continue to focus on seeing people grow in their faith and continue the lifelong process of discipleship. We will continue to provide Growth Groups for people to grow with God and grow with each other. We will continue to be a church that makes an impact in the community.

As we move forward, understand that we have a ministry plan and a strong commitment to excellence. The preaching schedule is already being prayed over and planned. The Growth Groups ministry has never been stronger. Our pastoral staff are strengthening our church and community relationships, and our student and children’s ministries are staffed with committed leaders and volunteers.

This is truly an exciting season, as we look toward the days ahead together. This is undoubtedly a time that requires our most sincere, and devoted prayer and seeking of God’s face and His will for His church.

Congregational Survey

As we prepare to begin our search for a new pastor, we are asking you to prayerfully complete the following confidential questionnaire. Your responses will help our church leadership in compiling a profile for a potential pastor.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this important congregational survey. This moment in our church’s history provides an opportunity for us all to share together in assessing who we are and where we see ourselves heading in the future.
